One to One work
Our one-to-one approach allows us to tailor specific work to the needs of a student who may be struggling. Working closely with the student enables us to provide guided support, ensuring that the student leaves the session feeling empowered and confident that they have the tools to make real lasting change. That will then have a positive impact on their mental and physical health.

What is covered?
Sessions can be a one off, or delivered in six interval sessions to gain a deeper insight and impact.
